• Delivery Charges:

  • Ground floor delivery is free.
  • £10 charge for each additional floor (per wardrobe).

• Delivery Areas:

  • Free delivery is available for London and the Green area (see map).
  • Red area: Up to 2 weeks waiting time, £100 delivery charge.
  • Blue area: Up to 2 weeks waiting time, £80 delivery charge.

• Order Processing:

  • Please note there may be up to 5 working days for order handling, starting from the 'estimated delivery date' provided by eBay.
  • If your delivery is above the ground floor and there’s no lift, we require one person to assist with delivery.

Returns Policy:

• You have 30 days to return items, but return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
• Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
• Unboxed items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Return requests will only be accepted if the item is in its original packaging.
• Partially or fully installed items are non-returnable.
• Wrong size orders are the customer's responsibility.
